For the General Contractor/Construction Manager - our services include, but are not limited to, assisting in bidding projects, Contract Document review and risk assessment, claims disputes, owner interface on problematic issues, thorough evaluation of RFP submissions, confirm ADA compliance, offer an architect's opinion on disagreements and interpretations before, during and after the actual construction phase.

For the Architect - our services predominantly support A/E firms in Contract Document coordination, ADA compliance, and shop drawing management. DJNelson offers a constructability review during the formation of the Contract Documents, a viewpoint architect's rarely see.
